The motor no-load performance test solution integrates key test items such as AC hi-pot, insulation resistance, DC resistance, no-load performance (voltage, current, power, speed, direction), etc., and greatly simplifies the test process through one-click operation, effectively saving labor costs. At the same time, the test data is automatically stored and connected to the MES system to achieve real-time data interaction and sharing. In addition, the tester supports remote networking upgrades and troubleshooting to ensure efficient and stable motor production testing.
Motor load performance test solution
The motor load performance test solution covers core test items such as voltage, current, power, speed, rotation, torque, efficiency, etc. The solution adopts an integrated design, all input and output parameters are measured synchronously on the same motherboard, and the torque correction is performed using software static segmentation conversion. At the same time, the tester has built-in multiple protection mechanisms, including automatic shutdown functions in various situations such as overspeed, overload, over-torque, low speed, no speed, no current, excessive voltage fluctuations, and abnormal loading.
