EPS Motor tester

AIP's EPS motor tester EPS motor EPS motor

Ⅰ. Features

①Load test: Load test the EPS motor to more accurately reflect the motor's working capacity and improve the motor detection rate;

②Fast clamping: adopt a simple and efficient clamping solution, support integration with the motor production line, and improve the efficiency of automobile motor factory testing;

③Power-on self-test: When the test system is powered on, it will automatically detect whether each functional module is normal. If the abnormal module is abnormal, it will automatically report an error and prompt;

④Fast data processing: The test system control core adopts an ARM high-speed processor, and the data processing is efficient and accurate;

⑤Data sharing: The equipment is connected to the Internet to realize data interaction and resource sharing; it is connected to the MES system, and the test data can be automatically uploaded to the customer server. This function is optional;

⑥Remote maintenance: With a built-in network module, the test system can be remotely maintained and upgraded after being connected to the network, ensuring the timeliness of equipment maintenance.

Ⅱ. Composition of Automobile Power Rotation Tester (EPS tester)

The automobile power rotation tester (EPS tester) consists of a mechanical steering system, a steering wheel torque sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, an electronic control unit (ECU), an EPS motor, and a reduction mechanism, as shown in the figure below.

①Automotive power steering motor (EPS motor): The characteristics of the EPS motor directly affect the difficulty of EPS system control and the driver's feel. The EPS motor should have high reliability, high power, low noise and vibration, low friction torque, small size, and weight; be able to output torque under stall; have good mechanical properties, and the torque fluctuation should be as small as possible during operation; the moment of inertia should be as small as possible; and it should be able to reverse quickly.

②Angle sensor: used to detect the steering direction and position of the steering wheel in real-time. The torque sensor is used to detect the steering wheel torque in real-time and transmit the signal to the EPS control unit. The accuracy of the angle and torque sensors determines the performance reliability of the electric power steering system.

③Vehicle speed sensor: used to measure the vehicle speed. The vehicle speed sensor is generally an electromagnetic induction sensor installed on the gearbox. The sensor transmits the pulse signals of the main and auxiliary systems to the ECU according to the changes in vehicle speed.
